The article “Partisan Voluntary Transfers in a Fiscal Federation: New Evidence from Brazil” co-authored by Ricardo Ubrig (Whirlpool) and myself has been accepted for presentation at the X International Colloquium in Lisbon on May 28 and 29, 2013. The award-winning article “Um Modelo Econômico para a Responsabilidade Civil na Defesa do Consumidor” (“An Economic Model for Torts in Consumer Protection Policy”), co-authored by Fernando Meneguin (Brazilian Federal Senate) and myself, has been published at the second issue of volume 3 (2012) of Economic Analysis of Law Review (EALR).
February 2013. Comment on the book “The Great Gap: Inequality and the Politics of Redistribution in Latin America” (University Park, PA: Penn State University Press, 2011), in which I wrote a chapter, published in the Journal of Latin American Studies, 45(1):174-175, 2013, by Antony Hall.
