講師について: ブガーリン教授は、ブラジルの国立大学を代表するブラジリア大学で教鞭をとっておら
れます。ゲーム理論やメカニズム・デザインの手法でブラジルの公務員の行動や公共部門 改革(腐敗問題含む)を分析され、数々の賞を授賞され、国際ジャーナルにも多数の掲載論文 があります。今回は、数学を使わずにご講演いただく予定で、過去 15 年間にわたるブラジ ル連邦政府高官の離職動向を紹介し、分析されます。
Prof. Bugarin, from one of the top national universities of Brazil, uses the methodologies of game theory and mechanism design to analyze behavior of civil servants and public sector reform (including corruption issues), winning several academic prizes and having many articles carried in top level international academic journals. Little mathematics will be used in this workshop, which describes and analyzes the dynamics of turnover in Brazilian Federal Government’s top managers over the past 15 years.
